.NET Development

  • Design and develop enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed application services.
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles and secure coding practices.
  • Design scalable microservices and distributed systems.
  • Improve existing applications through modernization, refactoring, and performance optimization.
  • Support automated testing and software quality initiatives.

Cloud, DevOps & Modern Engineering

  • Design and support cloud-native applications and services, preferably within AWS environments.
  • Work with modern CI/CD practices, automated deployments, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Improve application observability, reliability, scalability, and production support capabilities.
  • Contribute to event-driven and asynchronous system architectures.
  • Work with messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka or similar platforms.

Enterprise Integrations & Data

  • Design integrations between enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and data environments.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases and contribute to effective data architecture and modeling.
  • Support high-volume data processing and real-time or near-real-time system integrations.
  • Optimize database performance, queries, indexing, and overall application performance.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure applications and integrations support broader organizational data strategies.

Manufacturing, IoT & Connected Technology

  • Support technology solutions within complex manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Contribute to systems involving connected devices, operational technology, IoT, asset tracking, or real-time event processing.
  • Experience with RFID technologies, scanners, sensors, industrial devices, or warehouse technology is highly valued.
  • Help bridge enterprise software platforms with technologies operating within manufacturing and distribution environments.

AI-Assisted Software Development

  • Champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI to improve coding, testing, documentation, defect resolution, modernization, and developer productivity.
  • Help establish practical standards and governance around AI-assisted engineering.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential value within the engineering organization.
