THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Account Executive for TruSummit, you will manage the overall client relationship for multiple clients and prospects while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You should be proactive in addressing the needs of clients and manage the sales process from start to finish. In this role, you will be highly engaged in client communication and working with the TruSummit team surrounding the overall account management. Finally, you should assist in increasing sales and serving as a vital link between the client and sales department. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities
  • Serve TruSummit’s clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes
  • Drive the development of account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the customer and internal practice leaders
  • Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new business
  • Target, develop, and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accounts
  • Define win themes based on our competition and contribute to proposal development
  • Monitor and report on customer Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunity pipeline using TruSummit's internal Salesforce CRM application
  • Build your network to grow sales
  • Remote/Telecommute position with the ability to travel up to 30%

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce or related product
  • Experience with enterprise software sales
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive for success
  • Experience managing a list of 2-11 accounts
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Salesforce
